What do repairs cost? – Repair cost depends on several factors. Generally outdoor and Glue On Board (GOB) take twice as long as indoor modules to repair, so they cost twice as much. Some modules are easier to repair than others. Unless it’s a module we’ve already repaired and have knowledge of, we’ll want to get a few modules to test repair and find out exactly how long repairs take, then provide a cost and turnaround estimate.
How long does it take? – It depends on our repair backlog and how many modules you have to repair. It’s our goal to repair modules as soon and fast as possible, get paid and ship them back and do it again. Part availability is also a factor – if you have replacement LED’s and shaders that’s a plus. If LED’s are no longer available, we’re capable of harvesting LED’s from donor modules to complete repairs. So don’t ever discard old modules!
What brand panels do you repair? – We repair panels we can get parts and technical support for – LED’s, shaders, PCB’s, trace paper, etc. This covers most of the popular professional brands. Let us know what you have.
